Lightning Damage

<p>We always unplug all our electronics in the house if we see lightning coming from a far.</p> <p> </p> <p>This time we weren't home and as we got home saw that the lightning truck our dstv decoder and both our tv's. </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned Outsurance and Thabiso answered. He was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. He asked me a few questions and said he will let me know about the progress. To my surprise I got a call from Thabiso on the same day and he told me my claim was approved, but that Samsung doesn't manufacture my 42" tv anymore and that Outsurance will be replacing it with a 48". </p> <p> </p> <p>An hour later the replacement company phoned and said my 2 tv's and the decoder is ready, and asked if they should deliver or will I collect. If it wasn't for me not being able to collect the tv's then and there this claim would have been handled in one day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to thank Thabiso and Outsurance for the professional and extremely quick service. I have not had such fantastic service from any insurance company till now!</p>
