Light at the end of the tunnel

I dealt with 2 previous consultants from Outsurance and was very dissappointed in the way business was conducted . I have received no help from them what so ever and dicided to terminate my contracts that I had with them . Then a lady with the name of Shireen Botha stepped in and gave me the service that is required from a service provider like Outsurance . She went over and beyond to make sure that I, the customer was happy. She was thorough and on the ball in every sense of the way . Outsurance definately needs more people like her to conduct business with and there will be a lot more of happy customers around . Thanx Shireen for great service .
