I am very disappointed this weekend I was burying my brother I had to borrow money from people because OUTsurance did not process the claim in time.i am still waiting even now. I make sure I pay every month but they take their own time to help me as it is I'm in debt because of OUTsurance I wonder if I will get the payout cause till now no msg no call no nothing.claim number ***
