I once took a life cover from Outsurance. I paid once or twice but had financial crisis when my sister lost her job. I found out that Outsurance blacklisted me. I never received any payout for that life cover. I don't owe them as there were no services rendered. I want you to clear my name from ITC. This is unfair, just because I'm no longer interested or unable to afford you blacklisted me. I read your reviews from clients and was afraid i will go through the same issues lo behold, now you are using ITC to reap us off and ruin our credit scores. If you had paid me for the life cover and i decided to flee afterwards it was something else but this is *********. To everyone out there run away before they ruin your credit score. this company was good back then. They used to look after their clients but now they are above their heads and very ostentatious. There's no more excellent service its a ratio of 1 / 10. I'm not happy with this company at all. I want your name out of my ITC. My family never received any payments from your company so why are you blacklisiting people.

We are members of the Credit Providers Association, and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. This includes both payments of premium and where premiums are not paid. Where premiums are not paid to us, there is no money owing to us as we do not provide cover during that period. Please note, we don't list clients. The credit bureaus have different manners of depicting the non-payment of premium.
