Lies to clients
Please can outsurance stop lying to thier customers I am still waiting for the R400 you promised if you can't beat the price I have full comprehensive coverage from SAU at R650 and outsurance can not come near beating that price I have been 3 years claim free so are you going to give me R1500 or just another lie to con clients My number *** do contact me I wait in anticipation

We made several attempts to call you and Lethabo finally proceeded by sending you an email which we hope you will respond to.
It needs to be said we have no intention of lying to any client. It is however clear the promotion was not concluded for you when the quote was done, which we are sorry about.
Since the quote was done in March last year, we will have to provide you with a new quote and do a 'like for like' comparison based on the latest quote.
We hope to hear from you and know we want to assist you.
