So Outsurance call centre phones and promised a reduction in your monthly insurance if you provide 5 names and telephone numbers. The operator swears blind this is gospel. You provide the numbers, but when you ask how the reduction works, you're told it only applies if all 5 referees take out insurance with Outsurance. Lying ****. Put down the phone on them and don't waste your time.

Our sales manager audit the call and tried to call you to discuss her findings. She proceeded by sending you an email, discussing the process and also apologised if the detail was not clearly communicated.
We will discount our referring client's premium once we have received R400 from the referred client.
