**** to and *******- false advertising and promises ignored.

I have been subjected to one of the cruelest forms of false Advertising: A while back Outsurance offered to install a Geyser regulation device to help struggling consumers with reducing power Bills- I was amazed by this amazing initiative and thought- Wow finally I get something for all the Premiums- and denial of service in the past, so I responded eagerly- to state yes- I would like this wonderful offer. No one contacted me- My request was entirely ignored. So I called them to find out where in the que I had been placed. I was basically told that they could refer to to the provider at full cost to myself and that they had decided only to help only selected clients. This is what you get- A company that lies, provides false and misleading advertising and then to be ignored and denied what you asked for after it was offered. Tell me: Is this an insurance company or do you just want to constantly deny things and refer me to your network of providers out of my pocket? This is honestly cruel- in such tough times with such high energy costs- to be **** to, ignored and profited off in such a blatant manner. Call reference ***. How about you honor your offerings and give something out for a change- instead of lying to draw new business in.
