License renewal with Outsurance

So, I used the Outsurance online portal for license renewals and made a payment on the 25th of July 2022. I still, to date, have not received any feedback on my renewal or have I received my license for that matter. The third-party company is Called IOX Fleet which apparently gets agents in provinces to renew licenses on the behalf of clients. why can't I get assistance from Outsurance or IOX Fleet? An OUTsurance consultant told me that his manager does not even have a contact number for their third party partner... who does business like this...….
