The wife approached outsurance to get a quote with them, she got a call from someone called Tebogo. The quote he provided was R200 extra than what we are currently paying with our current insurance provider, he was aggressive in the manner of trying to force her to switch the provider. He even hang up on her. What happened to the R400 that they promise to pay if they can't beat your current insurance? Disappointing, more so with the attitude given to my wife and the aggressive nature he showed in trying to corner her to accept the Outsurance quote
