Lengthy confirmation process

GUYS, PLEASE... 3 x reference checks is enough!! <br> When I call to add an item to existing cover, why do I need to provide ALL of the checks that EVER EXISTED? My postal, physical, ID, name, cell number etc etc.. Check - by all means - but don't start from scratch???
