Legitimately do not care

I swear; the only saving grace for Outsurance is the wonderful people employed in the contact centre. People like Aubrey, who I spoke to today are the only reason I figure you guys are still in business.

The way Outsurance does business is appalling. It's like they go out of their way to ***** their clients. My mom insured her HONDA ACCORD last year and paid her premiums on a pensioner's income with no fail. Fast forward 10 months later, she calls for something else, only to have the person on the phone act suprised that she doesn't actually drive an ATIOS.

The dispute ended up in my mom cancelling her policy, and demanding her money back. "No Ma'am, we have to listen to the call recording first". My mom waits for the verdict and ultimately get's a call back. "Ma'am you said ATIOS in the recording" My mom demands a copy of the recording and ultimately gets another call back stating that she should come to the headoffice in centurion to fetch the recording. From Soweto right? When we eventually find out why the recording isn't e-mailed, we're told my mom requested that the recording be hard copy so she can pick it up. So my 60 year old mother, volunteered to drive her recently un-insured car into a different city to pick up a recording on disk? Okay.

Today was the saving grace. Hopefully Aubrey won't be made to jump through too many hoops to get that recording to Outsurance's client. In the meantime, it makes us wonder what is on that recording that you don't want us to hear.
