<p>In Febr 2015 I lady drove into my car. It was clearly her fault eventhough she tried to pin it on me. I followed the procedure ie reporting incident at SAPS and then claimed from Outsurance. I made my statement and told them that I feel that the other party's insurance should be liable for the damage and excess. To save time, Outsurance paid for the damage to my vehicle. However, they pursued claiming from the other party's insurance. They kept me updated regarding the process - which was a constant resistance from the other insurance company. February 2016 I was contacted by Outsurance's attorney who informed me that the matter is still being pursued and that the other company has been summonsed. May 2016 I was informed that the case will be dealt with in our local court, and a date was given. Yesterday I got a phone call from the legal dept informing me that the excess paid by us will be refunded and that the other party's insurance accepted responsiblility on their client's behalf for the accident and will refund the full amount paid for the damage on my vehicle, by Outsurance. Almost 18 months later!! Thank you Outsurance, as always, awesome service!!</p>
