Left message this morning still waiting response

My wife phoned at 09:28 this morning spoke to Carmen whom couldent help her not long there after Lerato phoned me but I was at work and couldnt realy talk to her. So i asked me wife to phone Lerato and query the sms with her so she phoned and that was at 09:46 this morning it is now 17:13 and she still havent phone back, very time my wife phones to speak to her she is busy and my wife is told that Lerato will phone back. <br> <br> I have also noticed on a few occations when my wife left messages for Lerato with her telephone number to phone her back Lerato ignores the message and phone me instade. <br> <br> My patience with outsurance is running out and Im seriously think of leaving.<br> <br> As per your email, Im still waiting for my refund that was supposed to be paid into my account within 10 working days from the 27/08/2015 tomorrow will be day 11 so I think its time to start charging interest on an overdue amount.<br> <br> <br> <br>
