<p>I've recently joined Outsurance, and today for the first time I made that call, the service I received from the call centre agent "Regae Mogapi" was beyond excellent, I received a sms with my reference code within seconds, and a second sms immediately thereafter, informing me that help " a plumber" has been dispatched and will be by my house in 45 minutes, he arrived very much sooner than 45 minutes, and Regae called me a couple of times to make sure everything was ok, my geyser is fixed and I'm totally happy with the Outsurance team I definitely have an insurer that I can lean on </p>
