Leaking Gyser

<p>It is so sad that i find my issue not resolved and have to go such length just to sort it out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an issue with aleaking gyser and filed a claim with outsurance after i noticed that my ceiling on the passage was getting wet.</p> <p>One of their registered company came out to fix only to find that 1 nut was loose and that was replaced.</p> <p>Less than 5 minutes it took.</p> <p>Now few days later i realised that my ceiling in the tiolet was broken and rememebred that the only person that went into my trap door was the person who came to fix my gyser. Funny that the broken ceiling is right under the gyser.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called outsurance requesting the same company to come out and fix my ceiling..Well Outsurance called a different company to come out and had to pay excess.</p> <p>Tried getting hold of outsurance and was told my claim was with another department and i requested them to call me back and to this day i am still waiting.</p> <p> </p>
