Lazy Outsurance

I am very disappointed by these Insurance Company, my car was bumped by a truck who happens to be an Outsurance client. after few weeks of waiting the company called me and said as an third party claim outsurance is not going to call me i must call them. I did and was told i must sent pictures of the car and the statement as to what happened, i did. within 2 days they came back to me and said the damage is less than that of their clients excess so they are refuting the claim i must deal with their client directly. mind you Outsurance never bother to sent an assessor to come check or assess the damage on my vehicle. then the outsurance client said i must go do the 3 quotations so that they can assist me. again i did that now the quotations are more than 30000.00. and now the client is referring me back to the lazy outsurance because now the damage is more than 30000.00 and outsurance is taking their time to fix my car. Outsance please fix my ****en car and stop playing games
