Last week I took my 16 month old French bulldog to the vet for a lesion on his face the vet recommended surgical removal which was done the following day. I called outsurance for guidance on the process I need to follow for a claim. The consultant was extremely helpful, emailed me all the detail required. I submitted the required detail and received a response the following day. A quick and seamless process.
