Last week I called in to enquire about new vehicle insurance as I am already insured with Outsurance for my current vehicle. I spoke with Christopher. He was so pleasant and helpful, he logged my information so that when the purchase of my new vehicle was finalized, all I had to do was call back to confirm. Two days later, I called back and spoke with Alice...oh what a sweetheart! She accessed my profile and activated my quote. She was so helpful and friendly and explained everything in detail. Everytime I called in, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙏
