Last Thursday a stone hit the windscreen of our brand new vehicle. We were on the way to Pretoria. I phoned OUTsurance on the way and was given authorisation to take the vehicle to Autoboys. The chip and crack was fixed in under a half an hour. I did not have an excess and the claim did not affect my outbonus. Excellent service
