lapsed policy on itc

i have a problem with outsurance, in november 2013, i took out a life cover after seeing that ad of getting money back if you didnt claim in 15 years, i was a final year that time. Things didnt work out as i had to repeat my final year, so i called them to cancel the policy, what happens is that they transfer you to one counsultant who then talks you out of cancelling the plan, i again contacted them on other two occasions same things happens. one of my fear was that i was gonna get blacklisted if i dont keep up with my payments, but the consultant told me they dont list people on credit bereau. i then tried applying for vodacom, mtn and game account in march 2015, i was told there was one account that is listed that i dont pay, i then went to find out coz i was curious, it was outsurance, i then contacted them on how to remove that listing, i even involved my financial adviser, but all they said i dont owe them anything and that contract is gonna be on itc since i failed to contact them about failing to pay. believe you me its a huge fight trying to cancel an outsurance ply, they claim they have all records of our conversation. they **** to me about itc and i think its unfair
