lack of service & inappropriate documents requeste

I am awaiting a refund after cancelling my cover mid-April. I was told to expect my refund by 30 April. I have still not received it. Today I've had numerous excuses over why the refund is being held, the manager's story has changed twice, and I have now been told to email my bank statements by 12pm in order to receive my refund. I will not send these confidential documents through!!
