This the complaint I logged on your website <br> \\I have been an outsurance customer for 5 years now (un interrupted cover). I received a notification of a re-rate and called as the premium was going to be too high. Unfortunately same could not be reduced to an amount I can afford. I then called Miway who quoted me about 40% less of your premium. i forwarded the quotation and was told I will be called in 24hours
