Lack of response re panel beating quote

Initial quote for panel beating work approved by Outsurance but found to be incorrect and needing revision. Details were supp**** to Zecheriah Manuel over 1 week ago and request made for updated quote to be approved but no response received to date. Atrocious service as they have all the information required.
