Lack of Customer Service

On Saturday 17/12/2016 I contacted Outsurance regarding the theft of my car-key & immobilizer plus some cash from my office (culprit umknown to date). I wanted to report the incident and lodge a claim. At 1st attempt (CCC) my call was "cut off". With the 2nd attempt I was informed that the call had to be handled by the "vehicle accident" claims department. The call was transferred and I was informed that a CCC assistant would call me back. Due to zero response I again contacted the Outsurance CCC and was informed once again that an assistant from the "vehicle accident" claims department would contact me in a "short while". I received a call later during the day from a person calling from 012- ********** enquiring about my call and if I had received any "call-back" from the relevant department yet; to which I rep**** in the "negative". The person couldn't believe this and assured me that he would again request that the "vehicle accident claims department" contact me urgently. That was teh last I heard from Outsurance right up to date.
I am absolutely disgusted about the "quality" of the service I received and am more than ever convinced that Outsurance for whatever reason do not regard their customers as the "lifeline" of their business.
I don't know if I should anticipate a call from "someone" at Outsurance at "some or other stage" and / or if I should "waste my time" and try and contact "someone" at Outsurance again in the hope that my call will actually be attended to with the urgency the matter deserves?!
Monthly debit order payments are deducted right on time, however, when you require Outsurance to attend to a claim, they apparently "couldn't be bothered" . What a sorry state of affairs and "poor excuse" for NOT rendering the customer service we as their "source of income" rightfully deserve!

You describe shocking service we would never condone and which we sincerely apologise for.

Our claims manager, Isabel was in contact with you and arranged for he claim to be registered in the interim. We endeavour finalising the claim for you as soon as possible.
