Lack of communication ***
<p>Numerous contact attempts via telephon, e-mail etc. without any result.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agent for Zango Property Maintenance arranged a meeting withy me on a Sa****ay without turning up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to use hellopeter on a previous occasion when for a week I had not received any response!</p>
Your feedback was concerning and prompted our claims manager to contact our service provider right away.
Even though all work had previously been completed, the carpets are dirty and were not cleaned. Mbali has since discussed the photo's indicate water damage.
We are appointing the services of a carpet specialist to provide us with a report and will then contact you immediately and provide you with proper feedback.
