Lack of common sense and knowledge

I'm very disappointed in Outsurance. I've been involved in an accident on 21Desember 2018 and up to date nothing has been done to my claim

As me being the third party because I'm claiming through the insurance "Outsurance" of the lady who hit me

The lady's car hit me in the left hand side full on onto the rear door and according to Outsurance and their client it's me that rammed into the lady's vehicle... My question is how do I "T" ram into a vehicle with my side while heading in a straight line?

The lady admitted guilt immediately after the accident but when having to fill in the claim forms she wrote in the statement on how the accident happened that I skipped the stop on the corner of Chris Hani and Potgieter rd (R101) in Bela Bela Limpopo. Outsurance then said they will not pay my claim as they believe the statement of their client and not mine. They said I'd have to prove the statement wrong in order to turn the case around, so I did exactly that and sent them the tracking info of my vehicle at the time of the accident showing clearly that I have stopped at that same stop sign that their client claimed I have not. In actual fact the car has not been moving for more than one minute showed by my tracker. The lady's vehicle does not have a tracker to defend her movement against mine in that spesific time. Still Outsurance claims that their client is not guilty and stil won't pay my claim. This matter will not be left here and will be dealt with in court as they don't have evidence to defend against mine but still refuses to pay the claim.

The damage was calculated by a Ford approved panel beater to the value of R 62 000.00

Outsurance claiming to be the best insurance company in their adverts on TV will be proved wrong after this case has been on the media and newspapers... All Outsurance are actually good at is steeling your money by paying for insurance until push comes to shuf then they have 100 excuses why to not pay your claim.

This matter is very upsetting and Outsurance and their client won't get away cheap on this one. And their client will be dealt with for undersigning a document and statement clearly stating that the above information is 100% the truth and then giving false statements.

Don't let them fool you with the adverts because that's also just a bunch of big mouth talks to ***** your money!!

Just to let you know I'm not an Outsurance client and I'm extremely glad and proud of that

Outsurance you shame yourselves by treating clients that could be your own in the future like this.

Outsurance will never be recommended to anyone by me personally!!!!!!!!!
