Lack of "awesome" profesionalism

On Monday, 30 May 2016, I called Outsurance with regard to lowering my premium on my existing car insurance - I had received a lower quotation from a competitor, and was enquiring with regard to their recent "At OUTsurance, chances are that you'll pay much less for insurance than you would pay anywhere else! " advertised line... they assured me, not once, but twice- that they could not help me. what irked me the most, was with the first consultant "simpiwe"- i was addressed as "mama" and told that that my existing premium was the best they could do, the same with the second consultant, I couldn't get her name, as she was mumbling through most of the phonecall, only to assure me at the end that "that was the best they could do". If you do claim to be the best, with the "awesome" serivce, please step up and train your consultants not to sound as if they're just not interested in helping you. I am not anyone's "mama"- you need to send Simpiwe back to training to learn to speak to clients in a professional way.

All i got OUT of this experince was a bitter taste in my mouth...
