Lack of accountability in Liability Claims.

I submitted a liability claim in 24 March 2015 of which I finally received an offer/quotation on 1 July 2015.<br> On taking the offer to the designated Panel Beater it was establish that the work listed on the offer/quotation is not complete.<br> <br> I then referred the matter back to the consultant listed above, who practically has just informed me that he is powerless, there is nothing further he can do to assist me.<br> <br> It will appear that Outsurance's practice is to frustrate the third party claimant until they give up on the claim.
