Lack of accountability
OUTSURANCE is a ripoff & a bunch of ****mers. I got into an accident & claiming as a 3rd party has been a hassle thanks to the OUTSURANCE Consultant MARTINEZ who reassured me they would handle the matter only to call again & spoke to ROXANE who then tells me they will not be handling my accident.
Then I spoke to MBALI also an OUTSURANCE consultant who assured me that their legal team will contact me but till this day they haven’t nor do I know of they’ve started investigating the case
