My business, furniture removal, had a claim which was submitted to Outsurance. The client that claimed against us was not happy with the assessment from Outsurance. She chose to go to a lawyer to help her and then to the Ombudsman and then to the Small claims court with her ridiculous demands. Through this whole process Outsurance support my business and myself. At first the assessors Maddie Madisha and Jaco Bezuidenhout, then the lawyers, Celine Botha and Lau Williams. They support and took over the whole process to make it seamless for me. I am a client of Outsurance for almost ten years now and will never ever leave. Well done Outsurance and the mentioned people.
