Kudos to Mr Kyle Pienaar of Outsurance

I would just like to give kudos to Mr Kyle Pienaar who is in the Cancellation Department. For about 3 weeks I was requesting for a tax statement for hearings aids on my policy. 3 different people were failing to help me giving me reasons about their system not being able to generate that. I went to the extent of wanting to cancel the policy and then Mr Pienaar made sure that I get the tax statement by going an exta mile and having the figures calculated manually. Keep it up Mr Kyle Pienaar in terms of understanding your customer needs and going an extra mile to make sure that your customers are happy... I am no longer leaving Outsurance
