Kudos to Mphumu Baloyi

Mphumu Baloyi came to my rescue after I expressed my concerns regarding the treatment I received from their business partner in panelbeating " Monument Pannelbeaters Krugersdorp". After my vehicle was booked in on the 20th Feb 2024, I popped by mid March to check the progress as there was no updates from them. To my surprise, I wasn't allowed to see my vehicle, and I got two contradicting updates from different staff members at Monument Pannelbeaters. One being that it's in progress and the other one said they are waiting for parts. They promised to update me on regular basis which they didn't do. Until I contacted Outsurance to book my vehicle with other providers, that's when Mphumu Baloyi intervened and they started to send me sms every week. Although it took Monument Pannelbeaters Krugersdorp almost 3 months to complete such small job, my credits goes to Mphumu Baloyi from Outsurance for having sense of urgency and her constant communication with clients.
