Kuben Naidoo was my claims assistant/representative, and he was incredibly patient and understanding and helpful. I was involved in a car accident for the 1st time in my life and had absolutely no idea what to do or expect, but Kuben was such a great help. He deserves employee of the month for sure. He responded to all of my questions and queries so quickly and efficiently and just generally helped to make this scary time a bit less scary. Well done Outsurance on employing such amazing people. I hope Kuben gets a massive raise. He definitely deserves it.
