Knowledgeable and caring staff

The car used for our family needs was not insured for a few months due to payment lapses.I contacted outsurance but gave incorrect information about the regular driver unknowingly as i have never dealt with car insurance before.When I spoke to my family we were confused as to why the quote was different to what we were paying. I used the outsurance app to request a callback.Within 15 minutes M Kgatla called me and assisted me. Thank you for understanding that as customers we make mistakes and sometimes don't fully understand the questions asked and sometimes answer without comprehending the question.I thank the lady who called for being able to assist me and explain to me the difference and implications of incorrect information.
