Kindness & Humanity

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Outsurance and their people for their kindness and humanity shown to us recently. We joined Outsurance in December 2017 and from the get go we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Their client service has been exceptional from the start. One would request a call back and within a minute they phone and ask how they could be of assistance and always being friendly.

My husband was highjacked recently. We initiated a claim and again from the get go they were kind to us. Always asking if we are okay and if my husband is okay. Generally caring for our well being. Gavin moodaley assisted us with the investigation into our claim. He has also been kind to us throughout this ordeal. I would like to thank him and commend him for the exceptional service we received. I would also like to thank his management team for the part they played in this whole ordeal. We are truly thankful to the whole team at Outsurance and would recommend them to anyone who needs Insurance. Humanity and kindness are rare nowadays and Outsurance and their people give it and so much more. Our claim was paid out and we cannot be more happy. We are blesses and privileged to be apart of such a great Insurer.
