Kind and helpful efficiency

We have received nothing but outstanding care from Outsurance in the last decade, for both household and motor related incidents. The fact that I can speak to a kind, informed and helpful consultant within a minute of calling, every time, means the world to me. Most recently Molefe Matsepa was amazingly efficient, he patiently talked through the incident with me and completed the claim for me while we were speaking - it arrived in my email two minutes after the call ended - incredible service! Can't thank Outsurance enough - so.much more than just peace of mind!
