Keitumetse Mahlangu - a true gem!

Recently we experienced damage to our camera system and had to have it replaced. When we received the box it appeared as if it had already been tampered with since it already had a password which we did not have or know. For security reasons we immediately notified Outsurance who assisted us every step of the way to have the unit replaced and installed correctly. Keitumetse (Tumi) Mahlangu was so patient and checked with us regularly whether all was above board until the matter was closed. When we experienced challenges, she was right there to assist us until we received assistance.
