keeping client informed

excess claim was submitted in Dec 2014. I was advised that the process of obtaining the excess from the third party may take some time. I was kept informed via email and sms on the progress of my claim as well as when Ms Lindie Barkhuizen took over my claim. I constantly new that she was working on the claim based on the smss I received. then received a phone call to inform me my payment will be paid back (May 2015).<br> <br> thank you to Lindie Barkhuizen for keeping me in the loop throughout the process! and being a very friendly and helpful person.<br> <br>
