Karien Rademeyer is a superstar!

Our place was broken into on April 1st (not an April Fool's joke) and all our electronic items were ******, including all our honeymoon and wedding pictures from our wedding in January of this year (on my laptop and iPhone). Karien was assigned to our case and from the beginning she was helpful and most importantly QUICK! She is friendly and personable and made us feel comfortable and taken care of when we were so stressed out. <br> We are both greatly impressed with Karien's professional nature and for helping us to get the most out of our policy. I would highly recommend Outsurance (no, I have not been paid to say this) as they have consistently been helpful and fast.
