Karen Prinsloo's wonderful service

After repeated trouble getting resolution to a query wherein we were incorrectly informed about a policy excess and where poor service seemed to be the norm for Zenus, Mbali, another gentleman in the retentions departments and a supervisor/manager called Mike, we were ultimately transferred to Karen Prinsloo by happy accident in what we thought was another escalation to get no service. Karen demonstrated phenomenal expertise and fantastic customer service. Karen not only secured our business (after we initially cancelled) but also resolved our query. She is truly a remarkable asset to Outsurance and deserves every accolade for treating us so well. Thank you Karen!
