Kamo Mokgatla - Excellent service

<p>I called Outsurance this morning to get a quote for car insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I already had a figure in mind for my monthly rate and excess, since my father also insures with Outsurance, and when I called, it was Kamo Mokgatla who answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>He was very patient, helpful and enthusiastic. He explained everything very well, and after he asked all the questions to get the information he needed for my quote (in between, explaining the terms and conditions), he eventually gave me the monthly rate and told me the excess.</p> <p> </p> <p>Initially, I was not happy with the the monthly rate, but did not want the excess raised, so Kamo organised to have the monthly rate lowered to a point which very nearly matched the rate I was getting through my father, without raising the excess.</p> <p> </p> <p>By the end of the 40 minute call, I moved away from only wanting a quote, to hnding over my banking details, given that I was offered a rate and excess I was pleased with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was most impressed with the service I recieved from Mr Kamo Mokgatla, and if I knew of anyone who needed insurance, I would recomend him with a smile on my face.</p>
