Just wondering

We insure our goods and items for rainy days but for outsurance l don't understand l have 2 vehicles in their books 4 years to date have never claimed but unforeseeable one was carjacked but thanks to tracker vehicle was recovered in under 30 minutes but not enough time to save it from being ripped and destroyed on the interior just like any one would do a claim was lobbied after all investigation and quotes l was quoted around the region of 40 + of which l had to pay an excess fee but due to financial challenges l requested for them to deduct the excess fee so l could hunt for a cheaper option but alas they then went on to mention they do not give cash payouts anymore company policy and so forth and to put the cherry on top my premiums went up l don't understand never claimed car value is not going up then this and did not get assistance l am at loss of words .If you look at what is also still being advertised you wonder false advertising at its best but hey who cares.
