Just want to cancel my insurance
I tried to call the call center on two occasions to cancel my insurance with you people but no luck

We could not trace any previous requests for cancellation. Should you have requested cancellation by replying to previous correspondence we sent you, we would unfortunately not have received it, as this is an unmonitored mailbox.
We confirm our client care advisor has since cancelled your policy.
