Just problems i want it sorted!

<p>Haven't claimed for 4 years. A taxi bumped my car,Outsurance refered me to their prefered panelbeater. The accesor said it was only the bumper that needed repairing work. Ending up to receive a quote with things on that does not need to be reolaced such as replacing headlight ect making the quote 13000.00 making me feel i have to pay excess of 6500.00 after informing outsurance of this,they did not get back to me. I went for a 2nd opinion. Damages are only 2000.00 that caused me to pay out my own pocket!! Still no feedback on that!! Then asked for quote to add another vehicle to my policy, amount and excesses too high so got quotes elsewhere. Phoned to cancel,the consultant was adiment and waisted 40min of my airtime and work time,not cancelling my policy. Phoned again on Monday to cancel,spoke to a nice gentleman and he re-quoted me on the extra vehicle and told me excess is brought down as well as house content. Waited to receive e-mail with new policy information but nothing,phoned today got the mail. Shocked!!!! Amount is what was given by this gentleman but excess left at 6500!!!! I was angry,phoned back,consultant refused for me to speak to the gentleman whom helped me on Monday and quoted me 100.00 more on my premium to bring down the excess!!!! And charging me more on pro rata amount!!!!!! I want answers and sorting out,it is unacceptable!!!!!</p>
