Just no compromise, even if its their fault

Where to start.... We had a claim related matter, and part of the payout was paid to the wrong company, and what a surprise to find out we the client had to jump through hoops to get our money back - which still did not happen and Outsurance just tells us its not their problem anymore, they made the payment end of story.
