Just has AWESOME SERVICE ... as usual... from OUTSURANCE. I went through to the claims dept, process went very smoothly. I was advised to see the Assesor, but declined it as it would have jeopardised my no- claim bonus as it was not a serious accident. THANK YOU OUTSURANCE for your EFFICIENCY!!! And easy trouble free communication process. Mrs Edwardes
