It's not every day that a salesman makes you feel important but that was not the case for me today! Algeron, thank you for your kindness and patience, for explaining everything to me in detail so I made informed decisions and also for offering a hand should I ever need it. I always thought it was annoying being surrounded by Outsurance ads etc. but now I understand why! Thank you outsurance - I hope you know the stars you have as staff such as Algeron :)
