Just completed a windscreen replacement claim for my Ford Ranger

Just completed a windscreen replacement claim for my Ford Ranger. I was extremely satisfied with the convinience of the process and quality of service provider. The claim took 2 mins to log on the outsurance app. I had a quick question about the claim which took the claim agent 10 mins to call me back about. The service provider gave me the option of a OEM glass or generic warning OEM could take up to 3 days to arrive. I opted for OEM and came in 1 day. Came to my house and was expertly fitted, no excess glue visible on the sides, perfectly straight, no faults on the vehicle, no wind noise. The whole process took 2 days from registering claim to having new windscreen fitted. How good service should be
