Just became more loyal to Outsurance

We had the misfortune of breaking down on Sunday afternoon. Fortunately I remembered we have Help @ Out.<br> Koketso ably assisted us get the car home within an hour on Sunday afternoon. She was quick and followed up to make sure all was in order.<br> Petrus the driver from CJ Towing was very meticulous and professional.<br> We were unable to take the car all the way to the service centre as it was Sunday afternoon. <br> I decided to use my second Help @ Out to get the car to our garage this week. When I explained the situation to Keegan, he came back to me saying that this would form part of Sunday's claim as we could not have delivered it there on Sunday. What a pleasant surprise. Keegan was also most efficient and friendly.<br> Phuti from DTL was also very careful with our vehicle.<br> Thanks to all concerned!!!
