Junk Ad - provide R 400 / R 800

<p>I spoke to someone, very friendly person who was friendly to do a qoute on my vehicle. The outcome was that my current Insurer was very cheap as compared to Outsurance. The problem is the statement " provide R 400 / R 800 if they cannot beat your current insurance premiums".</p> <p>1. Outsurance could not beat my current premium 2) I have more that 3 to 5 years claim free. </p> <p>This company owes me R800. when are you pay me this promised amount?</p>
